Meike is a multi-award-winning researcher in artificial intelligence and its social impact. She has been exploring the question of how justice can be translated into mathematics since 2016. Her first publication was integrated into search mechanisms at LinkedIn to ensure fairer results. Meike is a founding member of the European Research Community for Algorithmic Fairness and has extensive teaching and consulting experience in ethical AI.
