To websiteI am Martin Hoffmann, a freelance presenter, podcast host, and lecturer. Since 2011, I have been presenting events, broadcasts, and workshops in a wide variety of fields, with a particular focus on the intersection of politics, society, and business. However, I am also passionate about many other topics. I love identifying connections and lines of conflict and linking views and theories to generate new food for thought. Always with the aim of learning something new.
Before I joined the media circus, I studied politics, sociology, and economics at the University of Freiburg. This was followed by a traditional journalism training. First in print, then a brief stint in radio, and finally in front of the camera on television.
Whether in a TV studio, on stage, in workshops, in front of a podcast microphone, or on the road as a reporter, ultimately it's all about having good conversations, meeting interesting people, and presenting topics in a way that is understandable and inspiring to the audience. Serious, but always with a wink.
