Wir möchten die LABOR.A® 2023, unsere Plattform zur „Arbeit der Zukunft“, nutzen, um neue Berührungspunkte und Verbindungen zu schaffen, um Wissen zu teilen und konkreten Ideen und Vorschlägen für die Transformation auf die Füße zu helfen, damit sie auch in der Breite Anwendung finden können.
Darum laden wir bestehende und neue Partner*innen ein, sich mit einer Session oder für den digitalen Ideenmarkt zu bewerben und das Programm der LABOR.A® 2023 kollaborativ mit uns und vielen anderen zu gestalten.
Gesucht: Eure Ideen!
In diesem Jahr steht das Programm der LABOR.A® unter dem Motto „In Arbeit: Die nächste Stufe der sozial-ökologischen Transformation!“
Programmbeiträge für Sessions und Ausstellungen auf dem digitalen Ideenmarkt sollten hieran anschließen.
Für Sessions gilt außerdem: Voraussetzung für die Bewerbung ist die gemeinsame inhaltliche Planung und Einreichung des Beitrags mit mindestens einer weiteren Partnerorganisation.
Zur inhaltlichen Orientierung und als thematische Anregung haben wir in unserer unten verlinkten PDF einige Themenfelder aufgeführt, die aus unserer Sicht relevant sind, wenn wir über die nächsten Schritte der sozial-ökologischen Transformation sprechen wollen. Das sind z.B.
- Teilhabe und soziale Gerechtigkeit
- Digitalisierung als Ermöglichungstechnologie
- Fachkräfte und diskriminierungsfreier Arbeitsmarkt
- Wohnen und soziale Infrastruktur
- Arbeit und Leben – neue Wohlstandsmodelle
- Bewegte Zeiten – Krise als Neue Normalität
Aber auch neue Perspektiven und Vorschläge, die an unser Konferenzmotto anknüpfen, sind willkommen!

Was wir anbieten:
Sessions in Form von interaktiven Videokonferenzen stehen mit einer Länge von 45 Minuten zur Verfügung. Die Programmbeiträge sollten so konzipiert sein, dass sowohl das Publikum vor Ort, als auch das Online-Publikum gut in die Diskussionen eingebunden sind. Mitschnitte der Sessions von der letzten LABOR.A® findet ihr in unserer Mediathek.
Im Sinne der Programmvielfalt bitten wir darum nur eine Session-Skizze einzureichen. Voraussetzung für Session-Bewerbungen ist außerdem die gemeinsame inhaltliche Planung und Einreichung des Beitrags mit mindestens einer weiteren Partnerorganisation.
Da die Anzahl der Sessions begrenzt ist, wird unsere Programmjury darüber entscheiden, welche Einreichungen auf der LABOR.A® 2023 realisiert werden. Die Entscheidung über die Annahme der Programmbeiträge werden wir wenige Wochen nach Ende der Einreichungsfrist bekannt geben. Im Anschluss wird es für alle angenommenen Sessions noch Gelegenheit zur Feinplanung geben.
Auf dem Ideenmarkt könnt ihr eure Themen und Projekte digital ausstellen und diese in Text, Bild, Video- und Audio-Formaten präsentieren. Einen Eindruck gibt der digitale Ideenmarkt von 2022.
Die Ausstellungen werden schon am 26. September veröffentlicht und bleiben auch im Nachgang der Veranstaltung abrufbar. Über das Formular könnt Ihr die Ausstellungen selbstständig anlegen, dort finden sich auch Hinweise zu möglichen Medien-Formaten. Die Forschungsstelle wird das Layout der Ausstellungen abschließend in Abstimmung mit Euch noch etwas bearbeiten.

Becoming our partner!
We would like to use LABOR.A® 2023, our platform for the “Work of the Future,” to create new contacts and connections, to share knowledge, and to help elaborate concrete ideas and suggestions that can be applied on a broad scale.
We are therefore inviting existing and potential new partners to apply for a session or for the Market of Ideas and to collaborate with us. Let’s work together to create the programme for LABOR.A® 2023!
Wanted: Your Ideas!
The topic for this year’s LABOR.A® is “Work in progress: the next stage of the socio-ecological transformation!” and should be reflected in programme contributions for sessions and in exhibitions at the online Market of Ideas.
Furthermore: All session proposals must be planned and submitted by at least two collaborating partner organisations.
To give you some guidance, you will find a range of topics that we think are relevant for the next steps of the socio-ecological transformation in the attached document. These are for example:
Participation and social justice
Digitalisation as enabling technology
Skilled labour and a job market free from discrimination
Housing and social infrastructure
Working and living: new models for prosperity
Turbulent times – crisis as the new normal
Of course, any new perspectives and proposals that tie in with the theme of our conference are also welcome!

What we offer:
You can host a session, in the form of an interactive video conference with a duration of 45 minutes. It is important to us that programme partners collaborate with each other, which is why applications must be submitted by at least two organisations. The sessions should be designed so that it is easy for both on-site and online audience to participate in the discussions. Recordings of the sessions from the last LABOR.A® can be found here in our media centre.
For the sake of programme diversity, each applicant group is invited to submit just one session abstract. All session proposals must be submitted by at least two collaborating partner organisations.
As the number of sessions is limited, our jury will decide which submissions will be realized at LABOR.A® 2023. The decision on the acceptance of the program contributions will be announced a few weeks after the end of the submission period. Afterwards there will be the opportunity to go into detailed planning for the accepted sessions.
You can use the Market of Ideas to present your topics and projects online in the form of text, image, video and audio. All of the exhibition pages will be accessible after LABOR.A® 2023 on the conference website. The online version of the 2022 Market of Ideas can give you a first impression.
The exhibitions will be published on the 26th of September and remains on the website after the event. You can create your own page over the form. Here, you will also finde possible media-formats. The research center „Future of Work“ will perfect the layout in coordination with you.
