iManage Project
The iManage Project, funded by the European Research Council, based at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights (University of Oxford, Faculty of Law), and led by Professor Jeremias Adams-Prassl, identifies a new and positive role for employment law in ensuring algorithmic accountability and shaping the responsible use of technology in the workplace. The project has recently published a special issue of the European Labour Law Journal advancing a policy blueprint for regulating algorithmic management.
